Englishtown Raceway Park is known for having several Monster Truck appearances each year, featuring top names like Grave Digger, Black Stallion, and Sudden Impact.  In the summer of 2002 it was announced there would be a Monster Truck FEATURE event at Raceway Park, where the Monsters were  (instead of just a side act) the main attraction!  The event was dubbed the "Monster Truck Sunday Crunch" and slated for Sunday August 18.  On this day there were 8 Monster Trucks on hand to compete in a number of events, including Racing, a Wheelie Competition, Donut Competition, and Freestyle.  The Monster Trucks in attendance were:
