Out of all the shows I go to, there are only two in my home state, both of which are fairly close to my house.  After traveling west bound for only about 35 minutes, we arrived at the Nassau Coliseum for the final show of this year's Monster Jam Weekend (Sunday).

The USHRA brought 8 Monster Trucks to rumble on the Chicago Style course, which always provided awesome racing action.  This year though, the races would be shortened to two jumps and one turn, rather than the usual 3 jumps and 2 turns.

The BIG news of the weekend was that the son of the legendary Grave Digger driver and creator Dennis Anderson made his Professional Racing debut at Uniondale that Friday night.  Driving Vette King, Adam Anderson made his debut Friday night in the Nassau Coliseum, and continued to pilot Vette King through the weekend.  Joining him for competition were 7 other big, bad Monster Trucks.
